Quickly find your favorite cards to send. With such a large collection of Secret Letters and Cards, how will you find your favorite cards? Simple. With a single click, you can save any card to your personal favorites folder. When you return to your Favorites, you’ll quickly find the perfect card to send to someone special--fast and easy!

How does it work?

At the bottom of each card you will see the words "Save to Favorites". Simply click this button to add the card to your
favorite card list. You can save up to 100 cards in Favorites.

To view the cards that you stored as favorites, click the Favorites button in the top navigation bar. Here, you can view
your favorites by Category or Date added (click the link to change the view). To view the card, click the card name.
You can also remove one or more cards from your Favorites by clicking in the box next to the card(s) and selecting
"Remove Selected Cards".

Cards Sent

We automatically archive each and every card you send. You’ll be able to enjoy past cards of friendship and romance in
your personal keepsake folder.

How does it work?

SecretSite automatically saves each and every card that you send to your Sent folder. To view the cards that
you have sent, click on the Sent button in the top navigation bar. Here, you can view a list of cards that you have sent,
the Subject, Recipient(s), and Date that you sent the card. To view the card, click the card name. You can also remove
one or more cards by clicking in the box next to the card(s) and selecting "Remove Selected Cards From Sent Cards".
If you have sent many cards you will see a Page listing with a Next button. To view the additional cards, either click on
the page number or the Next/Previous button(s). Currently, you can save up to 100 cards into your Sent folder.

Cards Received

We automatically archive each and every card you receive from other SecretSite members. You’ll be able to
enjoy past cards of friendship and romance in your personal keepsake folder. Even though our cards are always sent
to you as an e-mail, we do not leave SecretSite members at the will of their ISP's and e-mail providers. You can
be assured that your card will not be lost because we automatically store the card in your Received folder.

How does it work?

SecretSite automatically stores each and every card that you receive to your Received folder. To view the cards that you have received, click on the Received button in the top navigation bar. Here, you can view the cards that you have received from other members. The Subject, Sender, and Date that you received the card.. To view the card, click the card name. You can also remove one or more cards by clicking in the box next to the card(s) and selecting "Remove Selected Cards From List". If you have sent many cards you will see a Page listing with a Next button. To view the additional cards, either click on the page number or the Next/Previous button(s).

Currently, you can save up to 100 cards into your Received folder. Log in to SecretSite and check to see if you
have received any cards!

Address Book

Keep in touch with all your friends. Store up to 300 addresses in your private address book, and, with a single click, you
can mail a card to groups of up to 25 people at once.

How does it work?

The SecretSite Address Book is accessible from the sending page and via the top navigation link Addresses.
The address book is organized by groups. You are given twelve groups, named Group 1 to Group 12. You may rename
the group simply by clicking the Rename Groups button next to the group name. To add users to a particular group,
select the group name in the Current Group box and then type in your Friend's Name and Friend's Email in the boxes
provided. After clicking Add new friend, you can continue to add friends to that group. You can have up to 25 entries in
each group.

To remove names from your address book, click the box next to the name(s) and then click Delete Checked Entries.
You will be prompted before making the deletion.

You can also move friends from one group to another. Simply place a check in the box next to the name and select the
group to move to and click Move Checked Entries to.

Other features on the SecretSite Address book include the ability to turn on and off certain settings. If you do
not want to add new names to the address book, simply turn that feature off. If you would not like to receive a
confirmation that your cards have been picked up, you can also disable this feature. For those who share a computer
with others, you can disable the display of your name and email address in the sending form.

Card Customization

Customize all of our Secret Letter and Cards. Make your cards more personal and expressive. You'll be able to easily add the recipient's name, your name, and your message...directly to the card. You’ll be amazed at how much more
meaningful and touching your custom cards are.

How does it work?

At the bottom of each card you can choose to send the card as is or Customize & Send the card. If you choose the
Customize & Send feature, the next screen provides three text boxes where you can type your customized heading,
letter, and signature. Before sending you are able to preview the card which includes your customization. The customized card will automatically be saved into your Cards Sent folder!

Blank Cards

Make your letters dazzle. Transform your letter writing into a work of art with our beautiful collection of innovative
“blank” cards. These specially programmed pages automatically add beautiful designs, pictures, and music to your
personal letters. You’ll create truly unique and touching web pages that will amaze your friends!

How does it work?

Much like the customized cards, the blank cards allow you to personalize our Secret Letter and Cards. Under the section Blank Cards there are numerous cards you can choose. Click the card to view the empty template and hear the music
that will accompany the card. Next, select Customize & Send the card. Use the empty template to customize the heading, letter or note, and signature. You can preview the card before sending as well as time and date the card. Again, the customized blank card will automatically be saved into your Cards Sent folder.

Dated Cards

Schedule cards to be sent automatically. Cards can be sent on any date you choose. No matter how busy you are,
you'll never overlook someone's special day.

How does it work?

At the bottom of the send form you will see an option to time date the card. If you select this feature, you can send the
card any day you would like. Simply enter the date that you would like to send the card and voila, your card will
automatically be sent on that date.

To view a listing of time dated cards, go to the Secret Letters section Dated Cards. Here, you will see all of your
dated cards. If you would not like to send the card, click the check box and then press Remove Selected Dated Cards.
You cannot change the date of a card being sent. In order to change the date you must delete the card and send another
card. If the card was customized, you can view the customizations by clicking on the card name.

Notice that you can also see cards that have already been sent. You can store up to 100 cards in your Dated Cards folder.
